Chrome: History and Recently Closed Tabs

I am a woman, therefore I multitask. I often have more than several types of tabs open at once.

This really is a cool trick – if like me, you work in the G Suite environment, chances are you have a dedicated home or intranet page that opens on Chrome startup, instead of the tabs you had open last thing before you logged out. If so then this tip could be a game changer (I know it is for me).

  • Navigate to the Kebab menu (3 vertical dots or ellipses) on the top right corner of the Chrome browser > History > Select the # Tabs option.

Kick back & watch all of your tabs load right before your eyes. No need to try to remember what on earth you were tackling and desperate to finish.

Even better – working on something on another device, and need to access it now? Because you are smart and have your own instance of Chrome, with sync across all devices enabled, all of the history from all devices will appear here as well.

Select the tabs you want and work away!
