Lost a file?
To search for a specific type of document you or someone else owns in Drive…
Select the little triangle in the Drive search bar, this indicates there are more advanced search options
Select type of File > Owner (this can be anyone within your domain for G Suite users) > Location > Select > Search
Note: No-one actually ‘owns’ files in Shared drives, to find a certain file in Shared drives you can still search, using any of the options except ‘Owner’.
Advanced search can also be used to find all the files that have ‘Actions’ assigned to you
